The responsibility of High Management is to operate the FTF, FTS, and FTT stations to provide an example for standard ranks. It is also their responsibility to familiarize themselves with promoting agents and to practice conducting security training.

    [NCIS] Trainer

As a part of Trainer division, members are expected to train eligible recruits and employees. Trainer members must wear white NCIS uniform and favourite training badge as well.
